The development proposals you make are inconsistent with the five overarching provisions set out in your vision. Your method of calculating net zero carbon emissions is questionable when it omits many factors. It would be better to consider a new town, and its location, rather than proposing dramatic multiplication of existing settlements. It is a mistake to build on good agricultural land.
