I acn only comment on the site at Wedgnock Park Farm. This is inappropriate for industrial development as the road infrastructure is totally inadequate. Access would impact on Stanks Island which is already a significant bottleneck, particularly at peak times. The road "improvements" previously made were very costly and have provided no tangible improvements to traffic flows. This stems from the fact that the road into Warwick from the island is single lane by the cemetry and the bottleneck stretches back to the roundabout. Industrial development here would simply exacerbate this. It is additionally inappropriate destruction of green belt land.
