However, in areas like SG04, which may have significant ecological value, it is essential that any proposed development prioritizes on-site biodiversity enhancements. Off-site biodiversity units should only be considered when on-site solutions are not feasible, and these should be consistent with the Local Nature Recovery Strategy.
