/pick-up and rush hour. The quality of our roads is horrendous, with potholes/craters, without the additional strain of construction vehicles. This leads to our limited parking.

We have no Post Office, no doctors, no pharmacies, no care homes. There’s limited plumbing (houses require septic tanks). There’s no train station. Our nearest is already extremely busy. To provide all the infrastructure and improvements to necessay amenities must come years before more population.

Areas chosen are prone to flooding, and we are often experiencing power cuts now with climate change’s more extreme weather.
