I am concerned that the current planning application lacks provisions to improve local education, schooling, and apprenticeship opportunities. Without a clear strategy to enhance access to quality education and vocational training, the long-term success of the community is at risk. Encouraging young people into work and industry should be a priority to ensure they have the skills and opportunities to contribute to the area's growth. I urge the council to integrate plans for better education and career development within the development framework to support the area's future prosperity.
