• Workers living closer to jobs raise output by 8%; location is contrary to national growth objectives.
• No facilities available locally
• Existing services (health, education, waste etc.) will be overwhelmed
• Location is open countryside so productive farmland will be lost impacting national food security, biodiversity reduced and detracts from enjoyment of local landscape
