I think that due to the impact of the proposals on green belt the plan should only cover the period of 15 years We live in a rapidly changing world More brown land may become available eg will retail parks still be in use in 15 years time Will housing demand follow the pattern we predict Once land has been removed from green belt its benefits will be lost to future generations
