The provision of two one-way junctions at J13 and J14 of the M40 is down to extremely bad planning. Surely planners should have some foresight or simple common sense, but no. J13 has experienced a large number of accidents and a multitude of near misses almost daily. This has to be improved with a roundabout and lights.
