Significant loss of privacy and sunlight, significant disturbance and noise, effect on character and appearance of the area including the setting of the village, the grade 2 listed 17th century barn, additional traffic from proposed development.
Holt Avenue is mostly retired residents and residents looking for quiet rural life. This proposal will have a major impact on our quality of life, causing disturbance over the development period, and permanent loss of privacy.
I moved into (redacted as house number provided) Holt Avenue after going through severe anxiety and depression, looking for quiet, private and rural life. This proposal is already making my condition worse.
