There is too little detail as to how improvements to transport infrastructure will be meaningfully improved, and far more needs to be done to vastly improve the use of public transport before we will see increased capacity on the roads. Moreover, increasing the uptake of public transport should not be seen as a means to increase the desireability of private car use.
