Studley is a small village and does not have the infrastructure to support this development. This farm land is notorious for flooding and causing the fields at the bottom of the hill to be waterlogged. If this is paved and built on the water will run off the land more readily and make the flooding worse. The road infrastructure is insufficient to support this land being developed, similarly the village doctors and dental practices are full with no capacity for expansion. This would cause significant community pressure.

The infrastructure in Henley-in-Arden cannot cope with the proposed development. Flooding is a regular occurrence, the medical centre is at breaking point, Warwick Hospital is at capacity. I disagree with allocating housing development based on the railway corridor as fewer people now regularly commute, the line does not afford direct communication with sufficient numbers of centres of work. Greater emphasis should be placed on new settlements with infrastructure embedded from the design stage.

My concerns are the new estate on Bromsgrove rd. Studley is a village which has lost services, eg police, fire, GPs, etc. The proposal for a new estate is a concern. People have already been refused places in the high school. It is oversubscribed. And had to wait for places at the doctors. There won't be enough services for more people. The traffic is constant on the Alcester road and Station rd and Bromsgrove rd. Just too busy already. Also building it on a green field site is not good. New builds need to be on brown field sites.

I object to SG22 - the development along Node Hill, Studley. The area is green belt and is home to much wildlife including starlings, deer and bats. There is also a large variety of plant species and trees. Public footpaths and right of way also span the area. The area is also prone to flooding and the noise and traffic pollution would be greatly significant.

The infrastructure of this village cannot cope with any more traffic, the area around here is already saturated with people and cars. There is no post office, the schools and doctors cannot cope with what they already have coming in. The land you are proposing to build on is regularly flooded, so more buildings will only make this worse. The lane is also flooded and the council cannot stop this, despite adding more drains.

The local road infrastructure in Studley is already failing with access routes through The Slough A448, Station Road B4092 and Birmingham Road A435 insufficient for present traffic rates. The area in question is Green Belt land and the proposed development would spoil this, diminishing rural enjoyment which is the very reason that so many people choose to live in Studley. Furthermore, the local area is already being expanded with the development at Mappleborough Green already at construction stage. Other options around Redditch are far better suited for development and there will be strong opposition to the SG22 proposal in Studley.

There are several other parcels of land adjacent which owners wish to develop so it would be a good strategic growth area. It's on a route to Redditch and Birmingham so would be ideal for commuters from there.

Absolutely not. a much loved area of countryside for the village of Studley, recently it was used for a ploughing competition.

To build on to would be soul destroying to the local community and the wildlife.

All Studley schools are over subscribed. The doctors isn’t taking on new patients. The dentist no longer accept nhs patients.

The area in question floods frequently. The slough is an extremely busy road which is backlogged on most days.

Stratford council have already agreed to the awfully big site in mappleborough Green. Destroying habitats for muntjac dear, bats and birds.

I appreciate the NPPF has increased housing delivery pressures, however, I don’t believe this is the most suitable site for these reasons;
-The A448 defines the western edge to Studley and developing this site would undermine the existing settlement pattern and would encourage further sprawl across this road and into the green belt which would significantly effect the landscape character and integrity of this section of landscape;
-The allocation covers the gap between Studley and Middletown and so the function of this settlement gap would be entirely compromised and would also threaten the individuality of other settlements to the west.

Studley does not have the infrastructure, facilities, services to support a large housing development. The village is already a through road for Birmingham and the M5. The traffic is already ridiculous and roads often grid locked. The surrounding areas provide much needed greenery and wildlife for our village. Schools/doctors are already over stretched. Studley and Sambourne are villages and should remain as such with opportunities for walks, nature, tree growth in our area. Transport links outside private vehicles are minimal - no train lines, few bus routes. It is not a good area for expansion.

The existing road The Slough / Node Hill) is too busy to support this development - it already takes a lot of lorry traffic (eg Amazon( that cant go through Studley village. The junction with the Alcester Road at Spernal is dangerous. Building here will put too much pressure on the existing road network. You'll destroy precious greenbelt land, disturb wildlife. Studley doesn't have the transport links (no train service and no bypass, and an already hugely busy main road) and services (a single doctors surgery that is already at capacity, an oversubscribed high school) to support this new development.

The area is already to busy due to traffic and there is no infrastructure to cope with additional traffic. There is a lack of facilities to support the scheme. The schools won't cope, lack of parking in the town. It will destroy the feel of the village and ruin the landscape and animal habitats. Stop building on greenbelt and repurpose brown sites. Chose a site nearer the northside of Mappleborofh Green which has better access to the major roads that over look the Amazon complex! More out of the way and a ruined area already!

Our local services are already over stretched. Adding mnay more families to the area will overwhelm the Doctors' surgery. The traffic in Studley is already a problem. The addition of many new cars to the area will only increase this. The public transport is already inadequate. There are issues with parking in the village centre. I see no evidence of any of this being taken into account. There are problems accessing dental services.

The infrastructure to go with any development on this site is simply not available in Studley. Schools are full, doctors are full, dentists are full and the roads are in a state of disrepair before adding further transportation including construction vehicles to it, together with overflowing sewers and overstretched services including the hospitals. Crime is on the increase and more homes will encourage further crime.

I have concerns about the potential development of Site Ref: SG22 in Sambourne, particularly regarding the lack of public infrastructure and the expected increase in traffic in an already congested area. Key junctions, such as the A448 with A435 and A441, are already busy and prone to tail-backs. The A448 is a dangerous road with a history of serious accidents. With up to 1000 proposed homes, I estimate an additional 1500-2000 cars daily, raising significant questions about how these vehicles will access already overburdened roads and junctions.
