The traffic network in SUA is seriously compromised .. Any increase in traffic causes congestion at the bottleneck Clopton Bridge Tiddington Road A439 Warwick Road . The Birmingham road since the traffic light installation at McDonalds is awful . The significant housebuild planned in Wellesbourne means the minor Tiddington Road will be overwhelmed .Most of the area surrounding Stratford is flood plain , where is the additional road infastructure ?? There are instances of speeds> 50 mph plus on Tiddington road to get to Wellesbourne/ Coventry via the back road . This is a minor road .

Gaydon is a village which has seen some recent development which has been generally in keeping with the area. The proposals would appear to fundamentally change the look and feel of Gaydon and lose the focus of the existing settlement. I believe that plans should avoid another "Lighthorne" development out of keeping with what already exists.

This area is already being over developed - 5 years ago the whole area was fab land and green belt and the community is not able to cope with the increase in development. There are no new amenities in the current development - no doctor's surgery, no pub, no secondary school and this is detrimental both to the new arrivals as well as those who already live in the area

A number of my neighbours have submitted a full comprehensive rationale for why we are firmly against the development of SG14. I purchased my property in December 2024 and the thought of living in the middle of an industrial park is truly horrible. The area has vast

This location has good existing road connections as well as potential for the new Chiltern line railways station (only 2 miles from the proposed homes). The HS2 could also offer links here to key commuting areas.

This location would alleviate the pressure on Stratford's congestion which is already a problem for local residents, and would avoid urban sprawl which is straining existing infrastructure in Stratford.

This area, along with SG13, could contribute to meeting the housing needs required in Stratford District with the least environmental impact and help to preserve other greenbelt land that has more ecological or historical significance.

The local road infrastructure has much more capacity which could handle increased demand from new homes. As well as the road infrastructure, there is potential for new railway station to be introduced on the existing Chiltern line which would only be 2 miles from the development site.

Development on this land would satisfy housing needs while not needing to develop on green belt land.
