Land East of Kenilworth Development Brief

Representation ID: 71301

Received: 26/11/2018

Respondent: James Miller

Representation Summary:

a)Knoll House, Glasshouse Lane in ED2 is an early 18th Century farmhouse which is a distinctive feature of the area and should be retained as it doesn't take up much land. This would help retain the character of the area. Retaining the house and its trees would garner some goodwill in the community and perhaps soften the aggressiveness of the plan as a whole.
