Representation Summary:
Town centres will all suffer from the effects of pollution and congestion from increased traffic. High traffic movements will ensue in town centres resulting in pollution and congestion with cars driving around to find a space to stop. Towns were never designed to take the volume of traffic we have now. Alternative plans should have been considered to prevent this
