Caravan site no longer in use in Warwick. Services are already in place and feels like it could be set up ready to use.

A46 Old Budbrooke Way is already on ground and would not be as horrendous as developing on new sites.

Small areas with Heathcote Industrial Estate.
Areas of Stoneleigh Park soon to be ripped up for HS2 may be suitable for redevelopment.
Many suitable sites along M40 corridor.

Site on Banbury Road near The Asps Farm. Site has access road, is level, away from risk of flooding etc. Signposted as a caravan site but development has stagnated. Should be put to use. As council tax payers have already paid for the work put into this site, shouldn't be paying again for similar development elsewhere.

Land which already has a footprint so we are not destroying new areas.
Has anyone asked the travellers where they want to go or what they think?

No site is likely to meet all criteria, but some of brown field sites on land at Old Warwick Road might meet most.
