Kites Nest Lane Gypsies should be moved to larger potential site well outside area where they can be absorbed into new locality with new start on mixed/legal site. Would enable them to work towards gaining an identity in the community.

Should use brownfield sites and/or be integrated into new developments in Warwick, Leamington and Kenilworth. the latter option would provide the necessary facilities for residents and make integration easier.

Can you not use land on edge or within towns? These would have facilities and Travellers would integrate better.

Gypsy and Traveller sites should be located within the proposed housing development in Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington Spa, as they could be fully integrated into the local community, close to amenities in permanent homes.
Should identify brownfield land in urban areas and revisit land north of Warwick & Leamington which would reduce pressure for development to south of district.

Deliver sites within proposed new housing developmnet in Kenilworth, Leamington and Warwick, where sites can be integrated into local community and faciliites exist and easily accessible.
Should identify brownfield sites within urban areas which would be sustainable. Revisit green belt policy and release sites north of Warwick and Leamington which would reduce pressure on south of district.
