Already not enogh spaces in the local Whitnash schools for the extra children that have come from Warwick Gates. How will building the extra houses at woodside farm and south of Harbury Lane help that situation. Infastructure just does not exist to support this development. People like Whitnash because in just a few minutes you can be in open countryside, how does making it the centre of a huge housing estate contrbute to that.

I support all the suggested options as they focus housing on areas best able to accommodate new development, without encroaching on the Green Belt.

We object to any land for development that is adjacent or part of Leamington and County Golf Club, Golf Lane Whitnash or any developments to the north and east of Harbury Lane upto Tachbrook Road. Tresspass and potential damage being the main reasons.

No infrastructure to support these houses, lack of school spaces, encroaching on green spaces, traffic levels are already unacceptable in this area during commuting times.

The three developments of Europa Way, Woodside Farm and the land South of Harbury Lane will result in severe traffic problems. The suggestion of using these areas has been made with benefit of a traffic survey. Schools, bus services and health centres will be put under considerable strain. The conurbation of Warwick/Whitnash/Leamington will be even larger and thus less pleasant. Extra traffic will cause worse air pollution. The use of such a large swathe of green belt goes against the council's own vision for the area.

No infrastructure to support such building. Insuffient school places at present, traffic in and around the area at times horrendous.

To put 4200 houses along these areas opposite Warwick Gates would put too much of a stranglehold on the area in pollution; too heavy road traffic, schools could not cope with the influx; NHS would not cope. You would cause another town between Warwick and Whitnash. In short it would be a monumental cock up.

Small development area which if done nicely, could link the Harbury Lane recreational area/playing fields much better to the community. Logical infill.

Area of restraint. Inspector report relatively recent following an enquiry. Nothing has changed. Valuable agricultural land- strong opposition from local community. Insufficient local facilities - schools, shops, health. Roads choked already from Warwick Gates residents travelling into Whitnash to schools. Local children cannot get places at local schools. Already a recent concentrations of houses at Warwick Gates. Further building in this area would put additional pressure on a community that has been adveresly affected by this high density development.

Take notice of the area of restraint. Still same criteria: Good farmland, steep land , no roads to access safely, no school places, too much traffic coming throught into Whitnash. Roads very narrow and choked at school times. Too many strangers.

Object to the development which will overload existing struggling infrastructure. The construction of 2500 houses will lead to destruction of Tachbrook Valley, loss of countryside, overcrowded services and overburdened infrastructure. Loss of character and distinctiveness of area.
Support the need for more housing but only in sustainable location which protect the greenbelt

Considers that the Core Strategy would cause irrevocable damage to the character of Bishops Tachbrook Questions the need to put housing on land south of Harbury Lane when there is land at Finham
Concerns about the ability of the existing infrastructure to cope with housing in this location on this scale.
